The comfortable hotel is located within 400 metres of Rashed Saqr Mosque, a short way from Palm Deira tube station. The Sheikh Saeed al-Maktoum's House lies a 30-minute walk away.

Also, Muteena Park is situated km away. A 5-minute ride from the Dubai Museum is a perk for guests staying at the Delmon Boutique.
